Declaration

We declare that as the administrator of your personal data, we meet all legal obligations required by current legislation, especially the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR, and that we will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, primarily legitimate interest, contract fulfillment, legal obligation, or granted consent. We fulfill the information obligation according to Article 13 of GDPR before initiating personal data processing, and we will enable and support you in exercising and fulfilling your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.

Scope of Personal Data and Processing Purposes

We process personal data that you entrust to us yourself, for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

Providing Services, Contract Fulfillment

We necessarily need your personal data (email, phone contact, name) to fulfill the contract (delivering tickets, sending online products, delivering goods).

Accounting

If you are customers, we necessarily need your personal data (billing information) to comply with legal obligations for issuing and recording tax documents.

Marketing – Newsletter Delivery

We use your personal data (email and name), what you click in emails, and when you most often open them for direct marketing – sending commercial communications. If you are our customer, we do this based on legitimate interest, as we reasonably assume you are interested in our news, for 20 years from the last order. If you are not our customer, we send newsletters only based on your consent, for 20 years from consent. In both cases, you can revoke this consent by using the unsubscribe link in every sent email.

Advanced Marketing Based on Consent

Only based on your consent can we send inspiring offers from third parties or use your email address for remarketing and targeting ads on Facebook, for 20 years from consent. This can be revoked at any time through our contact information.

Photographic Documentation – Live Events

We retain your personal data during the running of limitation periods, unless the law specifies a longer retention period or we have not specified otherwise in specific cases.

Cookies

While browsing our website, we record your IP address, how long you stay on the page, and from which page you are coming. We perceive the use of cookies for website traffic measurement and website display customization as our legitimate administrator interest, as we believe this allows us to offer even better services. Cookies for ad targeting will be processed only based on your consent. Our website can also be browsed in a mode that does not allow personal data collection. You can disable cookies on your computer.

Security and Personal Data Protection

We protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies corresponding to the level of technical development. We have adopted and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures that prevent misuse, damage, or destruction of your personal data.

Transferring Personal Data to Third Parties

Our colleagues have access to your personal data. To ensure specific processing operations that we cannot handle ourselves, we use services and applications of processors who can protect data even better than us and specialize in the given processing. These are providers of the following platforms:

  • Fakturoid
  • Mailchimp

It is possible that we will decide to use additional applications or processors in the future to facilitate and improve processing. We promise that in such a case, when selecting, we will place at least the same requirements for security and processing quality on processors as on ourselves.

Data Transfer Outside the European Union

All personal data processing will be performed within the EU.

In connection with personal data protection, you have several rights. If you want to use any of these rights, please contact us via email: tereza@sklenarka.cz You have the right to information, which is fulfilled by this information page on personal data processing policies. Through the right of access, you can challenge us at any time, and we will provide you within 30 days with information about what personal data we process and why. If something changes for you or you find your personal data inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change personal data. You can use the right to limit processing if you believe we are processing inaccurate data, believe we are processing illegally but do not want to delete all data, or if you have objected to processing. You can limit the scope of personal data or processing purposes. (For example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you limit the processing purpose for sending commercial communications.)

Right to Transfer

If you want to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed the same as when using the right of access – with the only difference that we will send you the information in a machine-readable form. We need at least 30 days for this.

Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten)

Another of your rights is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). We don't want to forget about you, but if you wish, you have this right. In such a case, we will delete all your personal data from our system and the systems of all partial processors and backups. We need 30 days to ensure the right to erasure. In some cases, we are bound by legal obligations, such as having to record issued tax documents for the period specified by law. In this case, we will delete all personal data not bound by another law. We will inform you about the completion of erasure via email.

Complaint to the Personal Data Protection Office

If you feel that we are not handling your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Office at any time. We would be very happy if you first inform us of this suspicion so that we can do something about it and remedy any potential shortcomings.

Unsubscribing from Newsletters and Commercial Communications

We send emails with inspiration, articles, or products and services to you as our customer based on our legitimate interest. If you are not yet a customer, we send them to you only based on your consent. In both cases, you can stop receiving our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in every sent email.

Confidentiality

We assure you that our employees and collaborators who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality about personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would endanger the security of your personal data. This confidentiality continues even after the termination of contractual relationships with us. Without your consent, your personal data will not be issued to any other third party.

These Personal Data Processing Policies are valid from 25.5.2018.
